Remote Support
This service is offered by Tesla Offshore's IT Department to provide instant remote support to customers and employees. We are able to gain control of a remote PC, Mac, or PDA/smartphone over the web in seconds, without the need to pre-install software.
If our technicians are not available, the session will remain active and the technician will be notified via email.
